The goal of this program is to encourage the immigration of candidates who will integrate well into the Quebec labor market: young candidates, with a strong knowledge of the French language, with diplomas and work experience.

Main Selection Criteria


General Procedure

Here is the general procedure of the Quebec Skilled Worker program:

  1. After having retained our services for the Skilled Worker Quebec program, we will send you detailed instructions on the elements that you must provide us in order to build your immigration file. We will answer all of your questions during the preparation of your file.
  2. After having received the required elements, we will do a complete verification. If some elements are missing, we will contact you in order to obtain the missing elements to build your file according to the current rules and regulations.
  3. When your file is complete, we submit it to the Quebec Government through the ARRIMA system.
  4. If the Government selects your file from the ARRIMA system, we will do all the necessary follow-ups with the Quebec Government and we will contact you when necessary. If your file is not selected by the Government it will stop here.
  5. When the Quebec Government accepts your file, we must then build the second part of your file. This second part is submitted to the Canadian Government.
  6. We do all the necessary follow-ups with the Canadian Government and we contact you if necessary.
  7. The Government of Canada issues your visa and you can now come to live and work in Quebec permanently.

If your degree or diploma is on this list, your chances for immigration in the Skilled Worker Quebec program will increase greatly. Please note that the government can modify the list of Areas of training at any time.
