Immigration Programs

There exists many immigration programs for Canada. If you fulfill all the selection criterias of one of these programs you are illegible to immigrate to Canada. Here is the list of the various immigration programs we handle followed by the criterias yuo must fulfill in order to qualify under that program:

1) Skilled Workers Program for Canada

• Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a Technical or University degree.
• Have at least one year of working experience in one or more of the occupations listed by the govenrment (view list of occupations).
• High proficiency in English or French is mandatory. If you speak both languages your chances of qualifying will increase. You will be *required* to provide *conclusive proof* of your language skills. You may consult our useful addresses detailing the approved organizations for language test.
• Processing delays of 12 to 18 months depending on the immigration office that will process your file.

2) Skilled Worker Program for the Province of Quebec

• Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a Profesional, Technical or University diploma.
• Knowledge of French is mandatory (mostly spoken). If you also speak English, your chances of qualifying will increase.
• Processing delays of 14 to 36 months depending on the immigration office that will process your file.

3) Entrepreneur Program

• Minimum assets of CDN $300,000.
• Two years of business experience.
• Intention to be active in business in a maximum delay of three years after the arrival in Canada (conditional visa).
• Processing delays of 18 to 36 months depending on the immigration office that will process your file.

4) Self-Employed Program

• Minimum assets of CDN $100,000.
• Three years of business or management experience.
• Processing delays of 18 to 30 months depending on the immigration office.

5) Investor Program

• Minimum assets of CDN $1,600,000.
• Two years of business or management experience during the past five years.
• Willing to invest CDN $800,000 for five years with the Government. Possibility of a loan from a Canadian bank and the cost of interest will be around CDN $180,000.
• No conditional visa.
• Processing delays of 12 to 18 months depending on your country of residence.

6) Family Sponsorship

• You can sponsor your spouse, minor children, parents and grandparents.
• Please note that the Government of Canada has suspended the sponsorship of parents and grandparents for a period of at least 2 years.
• Processing delays of 8 to 14 months for spouse and children sponsorship and 48 to 72 months for parents sponsorship.
