The processing fee must be paid when the application is submitted to the Visa Office. The processing fee is non-refundable whether the application is approved or not. Processing fees:
This fee is payable by the principal applicant, the accompanying spouse and the accompanying children above 22 years old; but unlike the processing fee, it is refundable if an Immigrant Visa is not issued or used, or if the application is withdrawn. The ROLF can be paid at any time during the application process, but must be paid before an Immigrant Visa can be issued. The following applicants are not required to pay this fee:
