The Immigrant Investor Program is the easiest and fastest way for businessmen, senior managers and profesionals* to obtain a permanent resident visa. This visa grants you and your immediate family almost the same rights as a Canadian citizen (work, study, invest, health care, etc). The procedure will take between 12 and 18 months depending on your country of origin. Our fees are very competitive. If you do not obtain your permanent resident visa at the end of the immigration procedure, you do not have to pay our fees.

* Please note that the term profesional refers to people who practice a liberal profession (doctor, lawyer, pharmacist, architect, accountant, etc).

Selection criteria

It is mandatory to meet all three of the following criterias in order to qualify for the immigrant investor program:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of business or management experience acquired over the last five years.

• Have a net worth of at least $800,000 CDN (Eight Hundred Thousand Canadian dollars). All your assets are taken into consideration: bank accounts, stock-exchange portfolios, real estates, company’s value, etc.

• Deposit $400,000 CDN (Four Hundred Thousand Canadian dollars) for 5 years, without interests, with the Government of Quebec or Canada. The investment is guaranteed by the government. If you do not want to freeze 400,000$CDN of your assets for five years, you can obtain a loan from a Canadian financial institution. Currently, this loan will cost you a total amount of 120,000$CDN for interest and administration fees.

If you don't meet all three of these criterias, it is impossible to qualify for the investor program. We suggest that you complete our online evaluation form. It will allow us to verify if you can qualify for immigration under the skilled worker program.
