The Immigrant Investor Program is the easiest and fastest way for businessmen, senior managers and owners of a professional office/firm to obtain a Canadian permanent resident visa. The procedure will take between 12 and 18 months depending on your country of origin. Our fees are very competitive. If you do not obtain your permanent resident visa at the end of the immigration procedure, you do not have to pay our fees.

Please note that the term profesional refers to people who practice
a liberal profession and owns a profesionnal firm/office
(doctor, lawyer, pharmacist, architect, accountant, etc).

Selection criteria

In order to qualify for the immigrant investor program it is mandatory to meet all three of the following criterias :

• Have a minimum of 2 years of business or management experience acquired over the last 5 years.

• Have a net worth of at least $1,600,000 CAD. All your assets are taken into consideration: bank accounts, stock-exchange portfolios, real estates, company's value, etc.

• Deposit $800,000 CAD for 5 years, without interests, with the Government of Quebec or Canada. The investment is guaranteed by the government. If you do not want to freeze $800,000 CAD of your assets for five years, you can obtain a loan from a Canadian financial institution. This loan will cost you a total amount of approximately $190,000 CAD in interest and administration fees.

If you don't meet all three of these criterias, it is impossible to qualify for the investor program. We suggest that you complete our online evaluation form.
