Michel Beaubien and Associates (M.B.A.) was incorporated under Canadian law in 1990. M.B.A. is a Montreal-based company headed by Mr. Michel Beaubien. He has more than twenty-seven years of experience in immigration. Since 1990, the company has successfully processed the files of more than 4200 families who now have permanent Canadian resident status. Mr. Beaubien has a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Montreal. He was Chief of Staff to the Quebec Minister of Immigration from 1978 to 1985. His role primarily consisted in advising the Minister on immigration issues and policies. From 1985 to 1990, he worked as an economic advisor for the Immigration Department for Investors.
