Our procedure

The candidate must first send us the on-line evaluation form. This is a free service.

If the candidate qualifies and agrees to pay our professional fees we send him a contract already signed by Michel Beaubien. The candidat signs it and returns it to us by email or by fax (514-982-9885). After returning the contract, the candidate must send us the first payment according to the instructions specified in the contract.

If a candidate does not qualify, we will inform the candidate because it is our duty, as an Accredited Consultant, to give exact and honest information.

As soon as we receive the signed contract and the first payment, we will send documentation to the candidate so he may begin the procedure (application forms, list of required documents, instructions, etc). The candidate prepares his file according to our instructions and returns it to us.

We inform the candidate upon receipt of his file at our office. We then review the application forms and the papers to ensure that nothing is missing. If any extra information or documents are required to complete the file, we communicate with the candidate and request the missing elements.

Once the file is completed we send it to the proper immigration office by special courier. A copy of the file is then sent to the candidate for reference purposes.

We follow up on the file until the interview takes place. A few weeks prior to the interview with an Immigration Officer, we will call the candidate to prepare him. We explain the questions generally asked during the interview. After the interview is successfully completed, we follow up on the file until the permanent resident visa is issued.

Before the candidate arrives in Canada, we will send him information regarding life in his new country.
